Refuge is a pilot program that’s fully functional and in live production. This limited engagement will retire in 2024 to make space for a larger, full scale hotel development at this location.
During this time, we have the chance to deliver a real experience, and learn alongside guests and the local community. How do we foster human connection? How does a hotel become more than a stop along the way?
When you walk into Refuge, the patterns may strike you. The artwork may entice you. Maybe you’ll find some things confounding. Most importantly, it’s an experience you won’t soon forget. Representing our heritage through design is tantamount to who we are, and it is our mode of authenticity.
To us, hospitality is simple: creating a warm environment, welcoming all, getting to know guests as individuals, and extending basic human dignity to everyone.
